Attention All Sales Representatives

Please remember some clients have very strict guidelines for the amount or type of gift you may send.  If you are unsure of those guidelines, amounts or gift type, please reach out to your manager.

RUSH order processing, is only available for overnight, 2 day, or 3 day shipping, and must by placed by 12:00PM/Noon PST, in order to ship that day. Orders received after this time, will be processed the following business day. Orders shipping via ground, will be processed within two-three business days. Please keep in mind, that shipment times may not be guaranteed during current freight carrier delays and over the holidays.  Please check with Fedex for most recent freight policy updates.

Orders that redeem GIFT CERTIFICATES or are placed from a Non-Symetra employee (email not ending in, will require additional verification and processing/shipping time.  For Non-Symetra folks, the order will either need to ship on your provided Fedex/UPS account, or we can bill the shipping charge plus applicable tax, to your provided credit card for that order.

SHIPPING CHARGES:  All orders for Symetra employees will ship on the Symetra FedEx account. Order acknowledgements do not show this shipping charge. However, the shipping charge will be billed back to the "SOLD TO" person on the order, upon receipt of the Fedex invoice, by the Symetra Accounting department.

The FINAL INVOICE for credit card orders will be sent to the email provided on the order.
