Expedited orders for Symetra employees (overnight, 2 day or 3 day) must by placed by 12:00PM/Noon PST, to ship the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off, will ship the following business day. Ground shipments ship within two business days.
Orders don’t show a shipping charge. Symetra employee orders are shipped on the Symetra FedEx account. These shipping charges are billed back to the "SOLD TO" person/department by the Symetra Accounting Department.
Orders that come from outside the Symetra organization or gift certificate redemptions, require additional time for processing. We will contact you with shipping details and authorization for those charges or you can provide a UPS or Fedex account to ship your order. Any costs, including shipping or sales tax, will be charged to your provided credit card, before the order is released for shipment.
The FINAL INVOICE, needed for expense reports for credit card orders, is sent to the email address provided on the order.
Webstore policy is to ship what is in stock. Sometimes there are minor discrepancies in availability of actual stock. If you order 100 pens and there are actually only 70 pens available, that is the quantity that will be shipped and billed for your order.
