RUSH orders, for Symetra employees, are only available for expedited ship methods via overnight, 2 day or 3 day ship method. Orders must by placed by 12:00PM/Noon PST, to ship the same business day. If an expedited order is received after 12:00PM/Noon PST, it will ship the following business day. Ground shipments ship within two business days of receipt.
Orders that are received from a non-Symetra employee, that have an email address that does not end in symetra.com, will require verification and additional time for processing/shipment. The person placing the order will either need to provide their own Fedex/UPS account or we can bill the actual shipping charge and applicable tax to the credit card provided on that order. The credit card charge must be processed, before order will be released for shipment from the fulfillment warehouse.
All orders for Symetra employees will be shipped on the Symetra FedEx account. Orders will not show a shipping charge. The actual shipping charge will be billed back to the "SOLD TO" person on the order, after the invoice is received by the Symetra Accounting department.
The FINAL INVOICE for credit card orders will be sent to the email provided on your order.
