Returns & Refund Policy

Hours of Operation - Our website is open 24 hours a day. To contact customer service, please visit our contact us page, located at the bottom of this page.
Shipping - Available ship methods are Fedex ground, Fedex 3 day, Fedex 2 day, Fedex Standard Overnight and Fedex Priority Overnight. If a Saturday Priority delivery is needed, please contact us before 11am PST, and we'll try to accommodate this special shipping request, with proper authorization. 
Webstore Stock - Stock shown on webstore is not "live", but it is updated regularly.  If an item you are trying to order is either out of stock, due to multiple orders for same item/same day, or damaged when pulled for your order, it will be removed and the order will be shipped without it, to keep ship date timing - especially for expedited shipments. That item cost will not be charged and will be removed from your final invoice.
Returns & Refunds Policy - If for any reason you are not absolutely happy, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order. One of our "YOU'VE GOT TO LOVE IT!" team members will make it right or credit your account! 
Orders place on non-business days, holidays or after 12:00PM/Noon PST, will be processed on the next business day. Please contact us with any special needs or requirements. We will make every attempt to accommodate all requests.
